Fresh cocktail of crayfish and avocado: a luxurious appetizer!

Looking for a light and sophisticated appetizer? This  cocktail of crayfish and avocado is deliciously creamy, fresh and perfect for festive occasions. The smooth taste of avocado and the sweet touch of ginger syrup give this dish a surprising twist. Quick and easy to make, but guaranteed to be a culinary success!


Ingredients (for 4 people)

✅ 125 g crayfish
✅ 1 small avocado
✅ 1 tbsp crème fraîche
✅ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
✅ ½ tsp ginger syrup
✅ Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

1️⃣ Cut the avocado into small cubes.
2️⃣ Halve the crayfish lengthwise and mix with the avocado. Divide among glasses or coupes.
3️⃣  Make the sauce: Mix the crème fraîche, mayonnaise and ginger syrup to make an even sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4️⃣  Pour the sauce over the cocktail and let stand for 10 minutes so that the flavors blend well.
