Locally sustainable and wild caught Dutch crayfish are delivered fresh every day by local fishermen. In this way we contribute to the reduction of this invasive exotic species in Dutch nature.
But the crayfish are unfortunately already present with very large numbers in the Netherlands. The solution to this problem is to put the crayfish on our menu, because crayfish are very nutritious. So give Dutch nature a hand and eat a local and wild caught portion of crayfish once in a while!

The freshly delivered crayfish are sorted, rinsed for a long time and brushed clean so that with us you get only crayfish of exclusive quality.
