Creamy pasta with crayfish: a feast on your plate!

Fancy a delicious and sophisticated pasta? This  creamy spaghetti with crayfish, developed by chef Johan Verbon, brings together the mild flavor of crayfish with a rich sauce of tomato, cream and basil. A perfect dish for a luxury dinner or a cozy evening with friends!


Ingredients (for 4 people)

✅ 400 g spaghetti (cooked al dente)
✅ 300 g cooked and peeled crayfish tails
✅ 1 tbsp butter
✅ 1 onion (finely chopped)
✅ 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
✅ 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
✅ 250 ml (whipped) cream
✅ 100 ml crème fraîche
✅ ½ bunch of basil (finely chopped)
✅ James’ olive oil
✅ Pepper and salt to taste


Preparation

1️⃣ Gently sauté the onion and garlic in butter without browning.
2️⃣ Add the tomatoes and cream and bring to a boil while stirring.
3️⃣ Mix in the crème fraîche for an extra creamy sauce.
4️⃣ Add the crayfish tails and let them warm gently.
5️⃣ Season the sauce with salt, pepper and chopped basil.
6️⃣ Mix the sauce with the cooked spaghetti and stir well.
7️⃣ Serve with a splash of olive oil for extra flavor.
