Luxury spaghetti with crayfish and mushrooms: an elegant treat!

Looking for a quick, luxurious and flavorful pasta? This  spaghetti with crayfish and mushrooms, developed by chef Johan Verbon, brings together the sophisticated flavors of seafood and creamy sauce in an elegant dish. Perfect for a weekday indulgence or a special dinner party!


Ingredients (for 4 people)

✅ 300 g fine spaghetti
✅ 1-2 tbsp olive oil
✅ 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
✅ 200 g mushrooms (cut into quarters)
✅ 1 glass of white wine
✅ 4 tbsp whipped cream
✅ 250 g cooked and peeled crayfish tails
✅ Juice of 1 lemon
✅ Fresh chives, salt and pepper


Preparation

1️⃣ Cook the spaghetti al dente according to package directions.
2️⃣ Gently sauté the garlic in olive oil, without browning it.
3️⃣ Add the mushrooms and fry briefly over high heat.
4️⃣ Pour in the white wine, lemon juice and whipping cream and reduce the sauce for 1 minute.
5️⃣ Add the crayfish tails and heat briefly.
6️⃣ Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
7️⃣ Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
