From September 18 – 20, CrawFish Farm Holland was also present with our crayfish. In both the competition arena of Euro-Toques Netherlands and at the pavilion Dit Smaakt Naar Meer! sustainable inspiration is central. On the fair floor, a large number of speakers and enthusiastic chefs are ready to help visitors make it a sustainable success. All fair days, inspiring, culinary sessions will take place in the kitchens.
Good Fish was also on the This Tastes Like More pavilion again this year to put mussels and crayfish on the map once more! They also organized the Good Fish Dish Award again; a cooking competition in which chefs in training are challenged to cook with sustainable products. This year they were challenged to make small bites of crayfish and mussels.
