What do we stand for?
We believe in sustainable food production and consumption while striving to make a positive contribution to Dutch nature. We see it as our mission to get locally and wild caught crayfish on the menu of the Dutch consumer. In this way the consumer becomes an important link in the solution for the reduction of the American crayfish in Dutch nature. In this way, together we can tackle the problem of American crayfish.
How do we do that?
Large-scale buying up from Dutch professional fishermen of the crayfish caught at a fixed price. We also fish for crayfish ourselves under our professional fisherman’s license.
The caught crayfish are then made suitable for consumption in our processing process. We supply these Dutch polder crayfish of exclusive quality to the catering industry, caterers, fish wholesalers/retailers and private individuals.
